[摘要] 2011年，异地医院就医即时结算全面实行，以期对群众医保费用报销垫支与复杂问题的有效解决，并实现医保服务水平的提升。全面实行异地医保即时结算俨然成为现阶段医药卫生体质改革主要举措之一，为民众就医提供便利，满足当前群众不断增长的异地就医需求。纵观现阶段我国发展建设，人口流动迁徙所产生的矛盾与冲突愈发明显，受到医保因素的影响，导致异地就医结算困难问题产生，使得人们看病负担、困难程度不断增大。在此背景下，如何进行异地就医的即时结算，俨然成为当前亟待解决的问题，以期对医保服务水平的提升，实现对以往医疗费用报销手续复杂等问题的有效解决。基于此，该文针对该院异地就医即时结算现状深入探析，并提出医保异地即时结算全面推进的策略，望具有参考价值。

[Abstract] In 2011， real-time settlement for medical treatment in remote hospitals was fully implemented， in order to effectively solve the problem of medical insurance reimbursement for the masses and to achieve the improvement of medical insurance services. The full implementation of instant settlement of medical insurance in different places has become one of the main measures of the current medical and health physique reform， which provides convenience for the people to seek medical treatment and meets the current growing demand for medical care in other places. Throughout the development and construction of our country at this stage， the contradictions and conflicts caused by population migration have become more and more obvious. Influenced by medical insurance factors， the problem of difficulty in settlement of medical treatment in different places has been caused， and the burden and difficulty of people"s medical treatment have been increasing. In this context， how to conduct real-time settlement of medical treatment in different places has become an urgent problem to be solved at present， in order to improve the level of medical insurance services and realize the effective solution to the complicated medical expense reimbursement procedures in the past. Based on this， this article makes an in-depth analysis of the status quo of instant settlement for medical treatment in different places in the hospital， and proposes a comprehensive promotion strategy for instant settlement of medical insurance in different places，which is expected to have reference value.
